Several provinces have already released data on the average urban unit employment wages for the year 2025.

Currently, data on the average salary of urban employed personnel in 2025 has been released by several provinces. The data shows that in 19 provinces, 7 provinces including Tianjin, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Ningxia, Chongqing, and Hainan have average salaries for non-private sector urban employed personnel exceeding 120,000 yuan. Among them, data released by the Tianjin Statistics Bureau shows that in 2025, the annual average salary for non-private sector urban employed personnel in Tianjin was 149,507 yuan, an increase of 7,070 yuan compared to the previous year, with a year-on-year growth of 5.0%. The average salaries for non-private sector urban employed personnel in Guangdong and Zhejiang also exceeded 140,000 yuan, reaching 143,284 yuan and 141,902 yuan respectively. And in Jiangsu Province, the annual average salary for non-private sector urban employed personnel was 134,969 yuan.
