According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Shenzhen Zhaoshang Huigang Commercial Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Shuang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes property management, non-residential real estate leasing, commercial complex management services, catering management, and enterprise management consulting, etc. Equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check indicates that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Merchants Shekou.
