The enforcing courts are all from Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court. The company was established in December 2015, with Wang Zhonglei as its legal representative, a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and business scope including film, online drama production, distribution, etc., fully owned by Huayi Brothers Media Corporation.
