Sandisk's new 3D NAND flash product, BiCS10 1Tb TLC, is now available for sample distribution.

On July 2nd local time, SanDisk announced that its 10th generation 3D NAND flash technology BiCS10 1Tb TLC has begun to provide samples. According to SanDisk, BiCS10 TLC increases the number of storage layers to 332, and integrates Toggle DDR6.0, SCA protocol, and PI-LTT technology to support high-speed, low-power operation.
