Beinmei: Controlling shareholder lifts judicial freeze

Beibei announced that the 42.01 million shares previously frozen by the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court in Zhejiang Province from its controlling shareholder Xiao Bei Da Mei Holdings have been released from judicial freeze on July 1, 2026, accounting for 31.68% of its total shareholding in the company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, all shares previously frozen by Xiao Bei Da Mei Holdings have been released from judicial freeze.
