Yappex Co., Ltd.: Director Tong Zeyu resigned due to job transfer.

APE Corporation announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from director Tong Zeyu. Due to a job transfer, Tong Zeyu applied to resign from the position of director of the sixth board of directors of the company, with the resignation effective on July 2, 2026, earlier than the original term which was supposed to last until April 21, 2029. After Tong Zeyu's resignation, he will continue to serve as the company's assistant general manager and other positions, without holding any shares of the company and having no outstanding public commitments. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors, and the company will promptly elect a new director to fill the vacancy.
