Cuiwei Company: Operations Director Hu Ping Retires and Resigns.

Cuawei Corporation announced that the Board of Directors has recently received a written resignation report from Hu Ping, the Chief Operating Officer. She is resigning from the position due to reaching the legal retirement age, and her resignation will be effective on July 1, 2026, earlier than her original term which was supposed to end on September 14, 2028. After resigning, Hu Ping will no longer hold any position in the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, she does not own any company stock, has no outstanding public commitments, and has completed the handover work. Her departure will not affect the company's normal production and operation.
