New Way Holdings: Change of Chief Financial Officer, Ling Leijing dismissed and Du Chunyu appointed.

Newai Holdings announced that the fifth meeting of the sixth board of directors approved the proposal to change the financial director. Due to relevant regulations, Ling Leijing was removed from the position of financial director and remains as the board secretary. Du Chunyu was appointed as the new financial director, with a term of office until the end of the sixth term of the board of directors.
