According to the Wise Financial APP, Hang Seng Index Company and Cyberport announced the launch of the "Theme Index Exploration Plan" on June 30, 2026, to develop artificial intelligence solutions with technology companies to accelerate the design process of theme indexes. This plan is the second phase project of the "Index Innovation Laboratory" ("Laboratory"). Established by Hang Seng Index Company and Cyberport in 2024, the Laboratory aims to explore the use of artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies to support the index operations of Hang Seng Index Company and provide index solutions that better meet market needs.
