Authentic announces the acquisition of the character IP Lovex Little Bear.

On July 1st, the global brand and entertainment platform Authentic Brands Group announced that they have signed a final agreement to acquire the character IP Care Bears. Its two major business units, Authentic Studios and Authentic Live, will take on core functions to further expand the Care Bears universe through new stories, audience expansion, and fan experiences. This acquisition is still subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be officially completed in the third quarter of 2026.
