Huikang Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Zhituo, used the raised funds to successfully bid 28 million RMB for the right to use the construction land of block 65 in Ningbo Qianwan New Area. The land has an area of 53,319 square meters and is designated for industrial use by the sea, with a term of 50 years. The land will be used for the construction of the "Qianwan No. 2 Refrigeration Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Production Base Project," with a total investment of 758 million RMB. This land bidding will have a positive impact on the progress of the project and will not affect the existing business, but there are uncertainties in the subsequent certification and project implementation.
