Neusoft Ruixin Group (09616.HK): Ruixin Cloud receives 8 million yuan capital increase from Ruixin Health and Wang Xinghui.

The Zhixin Financial APP learned that Dongruirui Group (09616.HK) announced that on November 24, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Ruixin Health entered into a capital contribution agreement with Mr. Wang Xinghui and Ruixin Cloud, agreeing to contribute RMB 5 million and RMB 3 million in cash to Ruixin Cloud, respectively. Following the completion of the capital contribution, the registered capital of Ruixin Cloud will increase from RMB 2 million to RMB 10 million, with Ruixin Health, Mr. Wang, and Dr. Wen holding 50%, 34%, and 16% respectively.
