On July 1st, according to Sichuan Daily, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Governor Shi Xiaolin met with Chairman and President of BYD Company Limited Wang Chuanfu and his delegation in Chengdu, thanking BYD company for its support to the development of Sichuan. The two sides discussed the implementation of the development deployment of the "15th Five-Year Plan", grasping the trend of intelligent and green transformation of the automotive industry, continuing to increase investment in Sichuan, promoting the expansion of production lines, expanding production capacity, enhancing openness and development levels of existing cooperation projects, strengthening the pilot promotion of new technologies and scenarios such as flash charging, exploring new energy storage and calculation-electric fusion development path modes, nurturing and strengthening value-added services for the automotive aftermarket consumption, exchanging views on seizing opportunities in promoting high-quality development according to the overall deployment of the state and market logic, and discussing cooperation focus.
