Announcement from Datang Telecom: Due to reaching the retirement age for cadres, the Chairman of the company, Liu Xin, resigned from the positions of Chairman and Director on July 1, 2026, and also resigned as the legal representative. The Board of Directors has elected Director and General Manager Ran Huijuan to act as the Chairman until a new Chairman is appointed.
