On July 1st, Qingyun Technology issued a statement: Recently, there has been a report circulating on the internet regarding a case related to high-end AI servers, mentioning an enterprise with the name "Qingyun" being investigated by relevant authorities. When the related media reported on this, they only used the abbreviation "Qingyun", which could easily cause confusion among market participants. The company involved in this case and searched by the Taiwan prosecutors is not our company. The company involved in the report and our company are completely independent entities, with no ownership, cross-shareholding, shared management team, or any other relationship. There has been no business-related cooperation, supply chain collaboration, or any dealings between the two parties.
