Huifeng Group pledged 18 million shares, accounting for 18.53% of its shareholding; Wang Ran pledged 2 million shares, accounting for 6.03% of its shareholding. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the above-mentioned shareholders and their concerted action person have pledged 68.41 million shares, accounting for 52.14% of their holdings in the company.
