Shanghai Economic and Information Committee, Shanghai Committee Propaganda Department, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau have issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Shanghai's Fashion Consumer Goods Industry." By 2028, the scale of the consumer goods industry in the city will exceed 750 billion yuan, with the scale of the fashion consumer goods industry surpassing 500 billion yuan. The goal is to create "Top 100 Shanghai Fashion Products" brand companies and become a global influential fashion industry hub, fashion innovation source, and fashion consumption destination.
