In some areas such as northeastern Jiangxi, southern Anhui, northwestern Zhejiang, and southwestern Yunnan, there will be heavy rain. The above-mentioned areas will experience short-term heavy rainfall, localized thunderstorms, strong winds, or hailstorms that may occur. On July 1, the Ministry of Transport conducted video dispatch for the transportation departments of Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Liaoning, Hainan, and Qinghai provinces, as well as the Yangtze River Maritime Safety Administration, requiring them to maintain a high level of vigilance, closely monitor areas with heavy rainfall and high risk of continuous rainfall, strengthen dispatch, improve work mechanisms, assign responsibilities to all parties, and urge the implementation of proactive defense measures such as "response, inspection, control" to prevent and control the occurrence of major accidents. Efforts must be made to effectively prevent and respond to continuous rainfall, implement inspection and patrol measures, ensure pre-positioning of resources, and actively control the situation.
