According to the latest news from Wise Finance APP, as disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 30, Joint Stock Company National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (hereinafter referred to as "Kazakhstan National Railway Company") has submitted an application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation Limited as its exclusive sponsor. According to the prospectus, Kazakhstan National Railway Company is a national transportation and logistics operator in Kazakhstan, providing one of the important land transportation channels connecting production centers in Kazakhstan with China, Central Asia, Russia, the Caspian Sea region, and Europe. Kazakhstan National Railway Company is wholly owned by Samruk-Kazyna, the sovereign wealth fund of Kazakhstan, and operates the mainline railway network in Kazakhstan, with the largest locomotive and railway vehicle fleet in the country according to a KPMG report.
