Toshiba launches 80V N-channel power MOSFET using the latest generation technology.

On June 30th, Toshiba Electronic Components and Storage Device Corporation announced the launch of TPM1R408RH, an 80V N-channel power MOSFET manufactured using Toshiba's latest generation U-MOS11-H process. The MOSFET is targeted towards industrial equipment such as AI data centers and communication base stations for power supply switching. The new product is available for shipping starting today.
