Bank of China Aviation Leasing intends to purchase and lease back three Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.

China Bank Aviation Leasing Company has released a transaction disclosure announcement, and on June 29, 2026, entered into a series of agreements with Qatar Airways to purchase three Airbus A350-1000 aircraft and lease them back to Qatar Airways. This transaction constitutes a qualified aircraft leasing activity for the company, and is a transaction that is required to be disclosed in the normal course of business processes. All three aircraft were delivered by the end of 2025.
