Jianye Industries: Income decreased by 17.3% to 850 million Hong Kong dollars in the 2025-26 fiscal year.

On the morning of June 30, Jianye Industry announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the group's revenue for the year ending March 31, 2026 decreased by 17.3% to HK$850 million, while operating profit before investment property revaluation, financial expenses, and income tax offset decreased by 27.6% to HK$320 million. The decline in revenue and operating profit was mainly due to a decrease in contribution from property sales as activities decreased, which was within expectations.
