Momenta initiates IPO.

On June 29th, Momenta disclosed its global offering documents, officially launching its IPO and planning to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code "6880." According to the offering plan, Momenta plans to globally offer 19,938,300 shares, of which 1,993,840 shares will be offered in Hong Kong and 17,944,460 shares internationally, accounting for 10% and 90% of the total global offering shares, respectively. This IPO also includes a 15% overallotment option. The final listing price is set at 295.6 Hong Kong dollars, with an expected total fundraising amount of approximately 5.89 billion Hong Kong dollars without considering the exercise of the overallotment option. Momenta has introduced 14 institutions as cornerstone investors for this offering, with a total subscription amount of around 3 billion Hong Kong dollars.
