The first high-altitude integrated project of light hydrogen storage in China has generated over 4 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity.
On the 28th, it was learned from the Qinghai Branch of China Huadian Corporation Limited that the first high-altitude integrated solar-hydrogen storage project in China - the Huadian Delingha 1,000 MW solar storage and 3 MW photovoltaic hydrogen production project has cumulatively generated over 4 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity. The project is located in Delingha City, Haixi Mongolian-Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and includes the construction of a 3 MW hydrogen production station, a 330 kV booster station, and a 270 MW/1080 MWh energy storage power station. It is one of China's first large-scale wind-solar base projects in the desert, and it is also China's first attempt at green hydrogen production in high-altitude regions.
