Zhao Yide stated that Shaanxi is currently deeply implementing the important speeches and instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his visits to Shaanxi, continuously strengthening the connection with national major strategies such as the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, accelerating the establishment of an inland highland for reform and opening up, focusing on building a distinctive innovation system and modern industrial system, and striving to create a new chapter of modernization with Chinese characteristics for Shaanxi. Shaanxi and Hong Kong have different resource endowments, strong industrial complementarity, and broad cooperation prospects.
