Galaxy Microelectronics announced that the company plans to issue shares to purchase 100% equity in Hengtai Co., Ltd. and raise matching funds. It is expected not to constitute a major asset restructuring or restructuring for listing. The company's stock and convertible bonds will resume trading starting from June 29th.
