Zhang Xinghai responds to questioning about Jiade Supply Chain: Firmly believes the strategic agreements with Huawei and Ningshen Times will not change.

In a recent shareholder meeting, Chairman of Sailesi, Zhang Xinghai, responded to investors' concerns about "other suppliers entering the Wenjie supply chain" by stating that the company's core stance remains unchanged in three aspects: the bottom line of building high-end cars with five high standards will not change; the principle of cooperating with high-end supply chains in the industry will not change; and the strategic agreements with Huawei, CATL, and Bosch will not change. In the 2025 annual report previously disclosed, Sailesi also wrote that the company has built a "1+2+N" industrial chain ecosystem with global leading partners such as Huawei, CATL, and Bosch, achieving complementary advantages and collaborative creation in the high-end intelligent and high-end electric fields.
