Zhixun Finance and Economics APP News, Hualian Holdings (000036.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 220 million yuan (including tax) to acquire 21.4149% equity of Hangzhou Hualian Real Estate Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hangzhou Hualian Real Estate" or "target company") held by Shengyi Limited. After the transaction is completed, the company's ownership of the target company will increase from the original 73.9962% to 95.4111%.
