On June 26, CITIC Publishing Group Limited issued a statement stating that the company has discovered that an enterprise registered in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, formerly known as "Hong Kong International Auction Holdings Limited", changed its name to "CITIC Publishing Limited" in 2025. "CITIC Publishing Limited" has no equity relationship, control relationship, management relationship, affiliation relationship, or any other form of relationship with the company, and the company has never authorized it to use the "CITIC Publishing" name. The business activities, operations, and any contracts or agreements signed with third parties by "CITIC Publishing Limited" are not related to the company.
