The company held the fourth meeting of the first board of directors and the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024, on November 20, and approved the proposal for investing in the construction of the Shenghe Jingwei advanced packaging production line project in Lingang. The company agreed to invest in the construction of the Dongsheng Hexin three-dimensional integrated chip manufacturing (Phase I) project. The total investment of the project is approximately 10 billion yuan, and the final investment amount will be based on the actual input of the project. The company will invest according to the progress of the project construction as needed.
