Shenghe Jingwei Micro announced that the company intends to use the funds raised to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenghe Jingwei Micro Hong Kong by 570.00 million US dollars, to be used for replacing self-raised funds that have been previously invested in fundraising projects. This capital increase has been approved at the 16th meeting of the first board of directors of the company and does not require shareholder approval. After the increase in capital, Shenghe Jingwei Micro Jiangyin will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, there will be no change in the scope of the consolidated financial statements, and it will not have any adverse impact on the company's production and operation.
