Chuanhua Zhilian: Intends to acquire 7.57% equity of Chuanhua Jinghua to achieve full ownership.

On June 26, Chuahua Zhilian announced that, in order to further enhance the company's core asset equity and advance its development strategy, the company used its own funds to acquire 7.57% equity of Hangzhou Chuahua Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary held by Zhejiang Chuahua Chemical Group Co., Ltd., for 35.1087 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Chuahua Fine Chemical will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
