ST Cloud City: Controlling shareholder increased holding of 1,437,600 shares on June 26th.

ST Yuncheng announced that its controlling shareholder, Kang Travel Group, intends to increase its holdings by no less than 16.05 million shares and no more than 32.11 million shares within 12 months starting from May 28, 2026. As of June 25, a total of 7.12 million shares have been acquired. On June 26, Kang Travel Group further increased its holdings by 1.4376 million shares through a centralized auction, accounting for 0.09% of the total share capital, with an increase in the amount of 1.8124 million yuan. As of now, a total of 8.56 million shares have been acquired, accounting for 0.53% of the total share capital, with a total investment of 11.1089 million yuan. This increase plan may not be achieved as expected due to market changes and other factors.
