Kingwanda Electronics Port's stock listing on the A-share market has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice of filing for overseas listing of Shenzhen Jingwang Electronics Co., Ltd., the company intends to issue no more than 125,837,100 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
