Morgan Stanley released a research report, estimating that the production of EPYCVenice processors will reach 6.75 million units in 2027, higher than the 5.75 million units of Nvidia's Vera, an increase of about 17%. In terms of foundry, Morgan Stanley predicts that TSMC's CoWoS packaging capacity in 2027 is expected to increase to 200,000 wafers per month, with Nvidia continuing to be its largest customer for advanced packaging.
