Aureed: Shareholders with more than 5% of the shares, totaling 60.8 million shares, will be sold through judicial auction.

Aurora announced that the company's major shareholders holding more than 5%, Zuo Hongbo and Chu Shuxia, are acting in concert and collectively hold 170.27 million shares. Zuo Hongbo's 60.80 million shares will be judicially sold, accounting for 35.71% of his and the concerted actions' holdings and 2.21% of the company's total share capital. Chongqing First Intermediate People's Court will publicly auction on the JD Asset Trading Platform starting on July 12 and July 15, with a sales period of 60 days. The sale is still in the public notice stage, the results are uncertain, and will not lead to a change in the company's control or have any adverse impact on its operations.
