Tianyan Check's business risk information shows that recently, Shenzhen Jinyu Chengda Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. has been unable to be contacted through its registered address or business premises, and has been included in the list of abnormal business operations by the Luohu Supervision Bureau of Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration. The company was established in July 2018, with Zhu Liren as its legal representative and a registered capital of about RMB 2.49 billion. Its business scope includes investment in industrial projects, information consulting, property management, domestic trade, etc., and it is wholly owned by Evergrande Real Estate Group (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
