Survey: Only 9% of Japanese companies utilize AI achieving better-than-expected results
In many Japanese companies, has generative artificial intelligence not achieved results beyond expectations? In a survey of 6 countries' companies conducted by the PwC Japan Group, consisting of consulting companies and others, only 9% of respondents in Japan reported that the "AI effect significantly exceeded expectations," the lowest among all countries. Japanese companies tend to use AI to improve the efficiency of specific business areas, and the future challenge seems to be whether it can be used to drive overall business transformation.
