China Life Insurance: Non-executive director Song Hongjun resigns due to age reasons.

On June 26th, China Life Insurance Company announced that the Board of Directors received a resignation letter from non-executive director Song Hongjun on the same day. Due to age reasons, Song Hongjun resigned from his positions as non-executive director of the company, member of the Board of Directors Strategic and Investment/Sustainable Development Committee, and member of the Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee. The company has followed the corporate governance procedures for the election of new directors. The qualification for the new director is still pending approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Before the new director officially assumes office, Song Hongjun will continue to fulfill his duties. Song Hongjun has confirmed that he has no disagreements with the Board of Directors or the management, and there are no other matters that need to be notified to the company's shareholders.
