The first "sell old and buy new" contract signed in Guangzhou.

On the morning of June 25th, the first pilot event of the "selling old to buy new" program for residential properties in Guangzhou was successfully held. Mr. Chen signed a contract with the second-hand house acquisition company Guangzhou Anju Group and the new house developer Guangdong Poly Real Estate, marking the completion of the first full process of the pilot policy of "selling old to buy new".
