According to reports, Elon Musk's SpaceX plans to launch a new Starlink mobile service for American consumers. Gwynne Shotwell, President and Chief Operating Officer of SpaceX, stated that the company is considering "launching Starlink retail products" and may build its own ground mobile network in the United States.
