ST Gaoke: Independent Director Huang Zhen resigns due to work arrangements.

ST Gaoke announced that the company recently received a written resignation report from independent director Huang Zhen. Due to work arrangements, he applied to resign from the position of independent director, director of the board's remuneration and assessment committee, and chairman of the nomination committee, and will not hold any position in the company after leaving office. Huang Zhen's resignation will take effect officially after the election of a new independent director or when the number of independent directors on the board reaches one-third at the shareholders' meeting. Until then, he will continue to perform his duties. As of the date of the announcement, Huang Zhen does not hold any shares and has no outstanding public commitments.
