Shenghang Group: The company has settled all the litigation disputes with the plaintiff Siam over the collision of "Shenghang 003" terminal.

Sheng Hang Holdings announced that the company's vessel "Sheng Hang 003" collided with a pier belonging to Siam near Vam Co Biochemistry port in Vietnam, causing damage to the pier. The company was sued by Siam and taken to the People's Court of Tinh Ninh Province in Vietnam. According to the settlement agreement signed with the plaintiff Siam, the company has completed the payment of $4 million in settlement funds to Siam. Siam has submitted an application to withdraw the lawsuit to the People's Court of Tinh Ninh Province in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement. The company recently received a ruling from the People's Court of Tinh Ninh Province granting permission for Siam to withdraw the lawsuit. As a result, the lawsuit dispute between the company and the plaintiff Siam over the collision of the "Sheng Hang 003" vessel with the pier has been settled.
