According to the Tianyancha App, recently, affiliated company of Zhijie Auto, Anhui Zhijie New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., has undergone changes in its business registration, with Guo Rui being appointed as the new chairman. Huizhou Ruiqi Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise and Huizhou Ruilian Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise under Guo Rui's name have become shareholders of the company. The company was established in January 2025, with Guo Rui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. Its business scope includes the production of road motor vehicles, import and export of goods, etc., and is now jointly owned by Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. and the aforementioned new shareholders.
