India launches anti-dumping investigation on hemodialysis products originating from China

On June 25, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice stating that, in response to an application submitted by the Indian domestic company Poly Medicure Limited, an anti-dumping investigation has been initiated against dialyzers originating from or imported from China and Malaysia. This case mainly involves products under the Indian customs code 90189031. The dumping investigation period is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and the injury investigation periods are from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, and January 1 to December 31, 2025.
