On June 25, the 2026 Wuxi Commercial Aerospace and Space Information Technology Conference and Exhibition, jointly organized by the China Remote Sensing Application Association and the China National Defense Industry Enterprises Association, opened at the Taihu International Expo Center. The conference focused on the release of 10 new "Xijian Xixing" products, including liquid oxygen methane engines, satellite solar panels, and commercial space station platforms. According to the Securities Times reporter, Wuxi is continuing to invest in the commercial aerospace industry, with most of the top domestic private rocket companies receiving strategic investment from Wuxi state-owned assets. Wuxi has now formed an industrial structure of "star-arrow synergy, core-network integration, scenario empowerment, and ecological support", making it an important player in the commercial aerospace industry in China. Particularly in the field of rocket manufacturing, Wuxi has developed strong manufacturing capabilities in key components such as large thrust engines, whole rockets, and storage tanks, and has the industrial foundation to "integrate the entire rocket without leaving the city".
