Yesterday, the reporter learned from the National Healthcare Security Administration that the 12th batch of centralized procurement of national essential drugs has officially started, with 65 drug varieties included in the procurement scope. This round of procurement selected a total of 65 drug varieties, covering clinical key drug areas such as tumors and chronic diseases. The following types of drug varieties are not included in this round of procurement: those with nationwide procurement amounts less than 100 million yuan by 2025; those that are currently not under fair competitive conditions; and those classified as core drugs for assisted reproduction, clinical necessity, or drugs that are easily in short supply.
