According to sources, companies such as REalloys, Titan Mining, ioneer, and Energy Exploration Technologies have reached agreements with the Pentagon to construct these plants. Sources say that these new facilities will process rare earth minerals, graphite, lithium, and boron. Informants claim that REalloys will build a rare earth separation facility at the Tooele Army Depot in Utah, with the products produced being stored on-site for military use.
