According to county-level filing documents, SpaceX (SPCX.O) plans to begin construction next month on a 13-kilometer natural gas pipeline leading to its launch facility in Texas. The project, known as "Starpipe," is aimed at supporting Elon Musk's company in increasing the launch frequency of its new generation "Starship" rockets.
