The proposal was approved by shareholders on June 25, with the ex-dividend date on July 2, record date on July 9, and dividend payment date on July 31. Different types of shareholders have different tax rates for withholding tax, with non-resident individuals and non-resident enterprises at 10% and resident individuals at 20%.
